Emphasis is on spinal alignment and breathing to aid the development of a strong core and improve balance.

Pilates sessions at The Cuffley Clinic in Herts are lead by an experienced Physiotherapist and tailored to your needs. Although the exercises are completed in a small group, each programme is specific to the individual. Because of our knowledge body mechanics and movement analysis skills, our classes are more than just exercise.
